2005 Golden Mile Cellars 'Black Arts' Pinot Noir
"My wine of the month for February is the 2005 Golden Mile Cellars 'Black Arts' Pinot Noir. This is one of the finest Pinots yet produced in British Columbia, and, in my opinion, can hold for a few years in the cellar. It has deep, rich flavours of cherry, spice, mint, and cedar, with silky tannins, and an incredible finish. A tour-de-force!"

The tasting theme for March will be 'Aussie Rules'.
"We will be examining some of Australia's classic wines, such as Clare Valley Riesling, Margaret River Chardonnay, plus some unheralded wines such as Old Vine Grenache, and Shiraz from the Mt. Lofty Ranges. It is sure to be one of the most exciting tastings here yet ! "
