- A beautiful wedding ceremony venue in our gardens or in front of our large beach stone fireplace
- A wildflower bouquet, boutonniere, and a flower arrangement in your room chosen and arranged by our floral designer.
- A one hour Swedish Massage, this could be one half hour massage for each of you if you wish, done in the privacy of your guest room.
- A bottle of Sparkling wine awaiting your arrival.
- A multi-course candlelit dinner for two, which can be served either in the privacy of your room or in our main dining room (not including alcohol, taxes, or gratuities).
- A unique wedding cake for two beautifully prepared in our pastry kitchen

We would like to introduce you to one of the beautiful venues available at Sooke Harbour House, The Summer Pavilion. This space is available to rent from May through September and can accommodate from 75 – 150 guests for a sit down event or 250 people for a stand up event. It is ideal for weddings, receptions, family reunions, or specialty dinners.
Our Summer Pavilion provides an elegant, unique venue for you to host your gathering. Decorated with hand-painted scenic interior walls, plush sofas and persian rugs, it provides an intimate gathering area.
From $3795.00 to $4400.00 plus taxes we’ll provide The Summer Pavilion, tables, chairs, table linens, and one Sooke Harbour House staff member to assist you. There is ample room to seat from 75 to 150 guests but it is cozy enough for smaller parties.The items included are available for up to 75 guests. Additional costs apply if the number of guests exceed 75 (total capacity is 150 guests).
Additional services available but not included in the rental cost, are barbecue and rotisserie rental, chair covers, propane heater rental (3-4 heaters are required to heat the entire Pavilion), flower arrangements, and additional staffing. Sound permitted only by special arrangement with Sooke Harbour House.
