We discovered Carl’s incredible focus quite a few years ago before he went to Staford’s cooking school. While in High school in Sooke, he took the Culinary Program that Edward Milne Community  School offers and during the summer apprenticed ,with the recommendation of Pia Carroll instructor and chef of the Culinary program, at our restaurant the Sooke Harbour House.
