Victoria Clipper is one of the best ways to get here. Clipper is passenger only but if you book a Clipper package that includes a car rental in Victoria, it will make your travel to and getting around Victoria easy and free of customs delays. Victoria customs is friendly and has fairly low volume of travelers. Only a short 2 hour journey gets you from downtown Seattle to downtown Victoria with no need for vehicle unless you are planning on taking a trip around the Island....
