1. Whale Watching tours with Sooke Coastal Explorations-Take a fun boat ride out to Sea Lion colonies and to the playground of many resident and migratory whales in pristine waters of Juan de Fuca strait just minutes from Sooke Harbour House
2. Visit BC’s first meadery-Discover this ancient drink that comes in many flavours and styles. Taste the honey and the mead and meet people that make it at Tugwell Creek Honey Farm and Meadery
3. Visit Spectacular Beaches -Take a drive from Sooke to Port Renfrew and visit many of our beaches along the way. From  secluded spots for a romantic picnic to some of the best surfing beaches and of course the Botanical Beach in Port Renfrew
4. Hike or Cycle -Hike in Sooke Hills, venture out to see  old growth forest, gold rush trails, or take leasurly walks on Whiffen Spit or in  many parks nearby. Bring a bicycle or rent one here and enjoy our many trails and parks at a faster pace. We have a map of great mountain biking trails for every rider level.

Our chefs will gladly prepare your catch for you!
