A new offering: every Wednesdays, book a room  for two nights starting on Tuesday night to be ready on Wednesday to play in the kitchen with our head chef Robin Jackson. You will learn how to create a three course menu, to harvest the ingredients from our certified organic garden and/or from our local farmers, to work hands on beside Robin to make the dinner you will  enjoy together in the evening in our candlelit dining room.
