The culinary program at EMCS is one of the best ones in British Columbia. Pia Carroll Chef- teacher with the collaboration of Marion French is making learning and cooking delicious and nourishing dishes an exciting event for every one of their students. On that day they will learn, under the guidance and encouragement of our chefs at the Sooke Harbour House, how to organize a menu and prepare that menu for fifty guests. It has been, for the last few years, an annual fund raising for the culinary program. The students just came back from a field trip they took to the famous Stratford Culinary School in Ontario.
