For the last 31 years we have purposefully try to be as “green” as possible, we have showcased, from the first day we open our doors, everything that is so extraordinary about our region, the south west coast of Vancouver Island. We have served seasonal and local cuisine, helped by the abundance of fish, meat, produce that our fishermen, foragers and farmers have brought to our chefs on a daily basis. We have shown as much as possible the wonderful and artistic creations of the numerous artists that live around us.
