Follow Hwy. 17 (Pat Bay Highway) to MacKenzie Avenue.Turn right onto MacKenzie Avenue-stay to right lane. Continue on McKenzie Avenue to Hwy. 1 north exit. Follow Hwy. 1 north to Langford, Metchosin, Sooke turnoff (Exit 14 – Veteran’s Memorial Parkway) Follow Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and turn right onto Hwy 14 west. Continue along Hwy 14 to the village of Sooke, approximately 20-25 minutes. Turn left onto Whiffen Spit Road (1 mile past the third traffic light). Proceed to the beach.
