Keith’s paintings are invitations to contemplation. His compelling acrylics draw you in, after they’ve drawn you across the room. Born in Victoria, British Columbia, Keith found his niche in art early in life and worked for some time as an abstract artist, then as a film animation cell painter. When he discovered representational realism, Keith developed his own unique style, a dramatic combination of exquisite attention to detail and powerful scope. He is self-taught and works in acrylic on canvas and panel, applying many layers of transparent and opaque paint. The result is a painting with an inner glow.
