Room Rates

Extra Persons Charge:

Room rates are based on double occupancy. Children 5 years and under stay for free when accompanied by an adult. A $50.00 per person charge will apply for extra persons.

Deposit Policy:

A credit card # is required at the time of reservation. We do request that your first night's accommodation charge be paid as the deposit to confirm your reservation. In some instances we will ask you to send us the deposit in the form of a cheque. If your arrival date is less than six weeks away, we would not offer this option but would want to charge your credit card for the deposit. In an effort to reduce the amount of service fees paid to credit card companies, we are requesting deposits and balances payable at departure be paid in cash or by personal cheque if possible. Any money saved on credit card company fees will be put towards a benefit fund for our employees. We mean this as no inconvenience to our guests and do hope you will help support us in this endeavor.

Cancellation Policy.

If you cancel your stay more than 7 days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50.00 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we do try to rebook the room for you but you are responsible for the cost of the room for any night that it is not rebooked.

Pet Policy.

Enjoy a getaway for you and your loved ones….your pets that is. Bring your dog, cat, budgie, salamander or tree frog. Pamper yourself and your pet with the ultimate west coast getaway. 11am check out required   $40.00 for your first pet and $20.00 for each additional animal.
